How to measure?

Take all measurements using standard measuring tape and hold in a relaxed manner. 

Waist: Measure around the smallest part of your waist. Do not hold the measuring tape too tight.

Hip: Stand with feet a few inches apart and measure the fullest part of your hips.

Length: Measure from top of waistband to bottom length of garment. 

Insteam: Measure from the crotch along the inside of your leg.
